This program is a fun way to learn important safety principles for emergencies your children could come across while home alone. Unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the serene, stress-reducing beauty of the forest. Reconnect with Nature: Slow down and awaken your senses as you explore the forest's calming embrace. Feel how nature’s fractals, sounds, and sensations reduce your stress and anxiety, and enhance your focus. Our guided walks offer unique invitations that encourage you to experience the forest in deeply personal and transformative ways. Mindful Moments: Leave your phone behind and rekindle your connection with the natural world and yourself. Soccer CampSports and FitnessDASH Sports Summer soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and skill-based games. Stars Tennis Camp - Little StarsSports and FitnessThis class is for our youngest players. We emphasize agility, balance, and coordination. Movement and tracking skills will give the kids the ability to properly handle a racquet and ball. We feel that this foundation will be instrumental in their long term success playing tennis.
