NFL Flag Football LeagueSports and FitnessThis is a 6-week flag football league that meets each Saturday. Day 1 will be practice only, and Days 2-6 will include a 15 minute practice followed by a 1 hour game for a total of 5 games. Teams will be formed based on school attended and players may request to play with a friend. League format is 5 vs 5, recreational, non-contact where players will receive equitable playing time. All teams will be coached by DASH Sports staff. Players will receive official NFL Flag Football Jerseys and flag belts that they keep. In this class, students will design and assemble their own project, exploring composition, balance, and layering to turn simple natural elements into something beautiful and display-worthy. Projects might include wall art, small sculptures, framed designs, or hanging décor. With a variety of materials and styles to choose from, students can create something minimal, coastal-inspired, earthy, or completely their own.
