Intro to Stand Up PaddleboardingFitnessOn and off the water, Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) training that will have you comfortably paddling in no time! Learn the basics of SUP, including equipment overview, paddle, launch techniques, and general safety instruction. 45 minutes of instruction followed by 45 minute rental. Due to safety concerns, classes and rentals at Wayzata Beach are for individuals age 12+ only (age 12-15 must be accompanied on the water by a registered parent or adult guardian). Sorry, no riders. Renters under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s signature on the required waiver form.
