On the Summer Solstice, when the sun's energy is at its peak, join us to soak in the light, connect deeply with nature, and find restorative calm as we celebrate this powerful turning point of the season. Discover Tranquility on a Forest Bathing Walk: Join us for a 2-hour immersive journey designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the serene, stress-reducing beauty of the forest. Reconnect with Nature: Slow down and awaken your senses as you explore the forest's calming embrace. Feel how nature’s fractals, sounds, and sensations reduce your stress and anxiety, and enhance your focus. Our guided walks offer unique invitations that encourage you to experience the forest in deeply personal and transformative ways. Mindful Moments: Leave your phone behind and rekindle your connection with the natural world and yourself. Share your observations and insights with fellow participants, creating lasting memories and a sense of community. Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in light rain, but not in thunderstorms. Please wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen if desired. Please bring water if you would like to have some available throughout the walk. All participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to the walk. The link to complete the waiver form will be in your registration confirmation email. Please arrive at the walk location 15 minutes prior to the walk to allow for check-in and walk overview. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the immersive nature of the program. This is a TECH-FREE experience, so please leave mobile phones in car for duration of walk.Adult Classes Summer 2026 -

Sunset Hill Jumpstart to KGeneral Misc.Jumpstart to K is an engaging introduction to your Rising Kindergartener's future elementary school. This brief yet impactful experience aims to familiarize children with the school to help a smooth transition into kindergarten. Sunset Hill teachers lead Jumpstart to K, and while the teacher your Rising K student meets for this program may not be their classroom teacher for Kindergarten, they will be another familiar, friendly face during the transition. This program is designed to be interactive and fun. Throughout the morning or afternoon, your Rising K student will engage in a series of interactive activities and guided experiences aimed at building confidence and enthusiasm for the kindergarten classroom. From a brief introduction to school rules and routines to navigating common areas such as the classroom, cafeteria, and playground, students will gain an understanding of what to expect in their new school environment. Jumpstart to K allows children another opportunity in their future school in a supportive and nurturing environment for this exciting milestone. Please note that Jumpstart to K is a drop-off program. Kids will learn basic kitchen skills like measuring, mixing, and following a recipe while creating delicious no-bake treats such as energy bites, cookies, yogurt parfaits, and overnight oats. All of the recipes will feature whole foods with minimal ingredients. Students will bring some of their creations home. Day of: We will eat our goodies as a snack. T-Ball TYKESSports and FitnessDASH Sports Summer T-ball camps provide players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and baserunning will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. In this progressive program, children and caregivers attend together twice a week through November, engaging in playful learning activities that foster development and strengthen bonds. From December through June children transition to attending on their own, promoting independence and confidence as they explore new experiences with the support of our skilled educators.
