Pilates exercises on a NEW level. Various small equipment items are used to bring intensity and variety to your Pilates workout. The focus is on fascial movement, standing functional training, balance and strength. Challenging for all levels. Bring to class: Hand towel, mat, large ball (If you do not have a large ball, wait to purchase until after the first class) and water bottle. This class will be in-person and be streamed live over Zoom. You choose how you'd like to attend!
