Course Content SummaryThis course introduces students to foundational vocabulary and basic conversational tools across seven engaging sessions. Students begin by practicing essential greetings and sketching two people meeting. They then transition to exploring colors like red, yellow, green, and orange, and writing numbers 1 through 10 using drawn shapes or fruits to connect digits with visual quantities. As the term progresses, lessons focus on labeling everyday classroom objects, describing favorite animals, and naming a variety of healthy fruits. In the final instructional week, students practice identifying and drawing their immediate family members, including parents and grandparents. Final Project"Mi primer libro en español" (My First Spanish Book): In the eighth session, students synthesize what they have learned over the term.
