Designed just for beginner coders, this camp makes learning to program fun and easy. In small teams, create your own universe of magical creatures to escape an adventure map, code a catch-creatures-game, design your own team, and create a game to duel against friends. It's creativity and coding excitement all in one electrifying adventure!

Welcome to Cogwarts - the magical school where engineering skills are as powerful as wands! "Cog" represents clever engineering and creative problem-solving, while "warts"... well, the magical mischief is all yours. Campers team up to solve enchanted puzzles, crack secret codes, and build clever contraptions to escape from daily magical scenarios. In the second half of the class, they become the masterminds, designing their own escape rooms filled with tricky engineering challenges for others to solve. On the final day, teams go head-to-head, testing their wits, creativity, and teamwork in the ultimate spellbinding showdown!

The college application essay is your opportunity to share your story in your own voice. For many students, getting started is the hardest part. This one-session workshop is designed to help students begin generating meaningful ideas for their college admissions essays. Through guided brainstorming activities and creative prompts, students will explore potential topics and begin identifying stories that reflect who they are as individuals. The goal of this session is not to write the essay, but to help students discover ideas, themes, and directions they can develop on their own. Students will leave the workshop with several potential essay topics, a clearer understanding of what colleges are looking for, and the momentum to begin writing an essay that truly represents them.
