Discover Tranquility on a Forest Bathing Walk: Join us for a 2-hour immersive journey designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Unplug from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the serene, stress-reducing beauty of the forest. Reconnect with Nature: Slow down and awaken your senses as you explore the forest's calming embrace. Feel how nature’s fractals, sounds, and sensations reduce your stress and anxiety, and enhance your focus. Our guided walks offer unique invitations that encourage you to experience the forest in deeply personal and transformative ways. Mindful Moments: Leave your phone behind and rekindle your connection with the natural world and yourself. Share your observations and insights with fellow participants, creating lasting memories and a sense of community. Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather.
