DASH Sports Jr. NBA basketball skills camps provide players a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Each player may also elect to add a customized Jr. NBA jersey of their favorite team with their name and number on the jersey. Athletes should bring a water bottle. Balls are provided.

Kimbap is Korea’s answer to the perfect rice roll—similar in shape to sushi, yet uniquely its own with savory cooked fillings that create distinctive flavors and textures. Join Chef Tess for this, fun filled cook-along adventure and explore the art of making Bulgogi Kimbap rolls from start to finish, rivaling any you wild find in a restaurant. From seasoning the rice, to marinating and cooking Bulgogi, preparing colorful vegetables (including a quick pickle), and crafting a delicate omelet you’ll bringing everything together into beautiful hand-rolled Kimbap. Along the way, you will discover the key differenced between sushi and Kimbap, practice rolling and shaping techniques and enjoy the bold, balanced flavors of your creation. Whether you are a busy home cook or a curious foodie, you will leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and the confidence to turn simple ingredients into a variety of healthy, delicious, gourmet kimbap. This class will take place on Zoom, free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. NOTE: The instructor’s recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those who register for this class. A list of ingredients and class details will be received in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and preparation. The Instructor’s Personal Recipe from this class will be included in a professionally made PDF packet to be received by participants after the class. As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of her cooking classes. Kindred Circles is a small, facilitated conversation group designed for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who are seeking deeper connection and meaningful dialogue. Each circle brings together a small group of participants for guided discussions around topics such as life transitions, friendships, identity, and personal growth in a warm and respectful setting. The goal is to create a space where participants can reflect, share perspectives, and build genuine connection with others navigating similar stages of life. The program is secular, structured, and focused on thoughtful conversation rather than therapy.

Krumkake, Pizzelle, Sandbakkelse and Rosettes! Learn to create the rolled Norwegian cookie, Krumkakes made with cream, butter and cinnamon or sometimes flavored with vanilla. For generations, Minnesotans have purchased their irons to bake Krumkakes from local manufacturer Nordic Ware in St Louis Park. Italian Pizzelles are also baked on the top of the stove using an iron, but are a flat, anise-flavored cookie or they also may be flavored with vanilla. The chewy, almond Swedish Sandbakkelse are delicate golden brown in color and are baked in tiny tins to resemble tarts. Finally, we will master deep fried Rosettes – the exceedingly fragile, paper thin Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Expect great recipes plus the many tips and techniques that will make your baking a success! Bring containers to take your creations home safely. $14 supply fee payable to instructor at class.
