Love food truck food? Who doesn't?! Students will help create the menu in this class and can include sliders, street tacos and mini doughnuts! Students should bring plastic storage containers to bring their food home.

Spend a week with Chef Kerry learning how to create awesome appetizers! Become a pro at making snacks and planning for a party! To-go supplies such as plastic storage containers should be brought from home.

It's a Pasta Party and you're invited! Have fun exploring different pasta recipes and creating delicious meals, all based around pasta. To-go supplies should be brought from home.

Join our fun, hands-on class to make awesome mini cakes and cupcakes! You will learn to bake small 4-inch cakes and create your own yummy fillings. We will also use fondant molds to make cool decorations. You get to take all your beautiful creations home! To-go containers should be brought from home. This class runs until 6:00 PM. If your student needs to take the late bus, the instructor will send them home with the ingredients to finish baking at home.

Get hands-on cooking in this Master Chef style class. Students will learn cooking skills then get to show off what they've learned while they whip up their own dish with help from Chef Kerry Crawford. A panel of judges will sample the dishes and vote for the Top Chef. Students will get to bring home their culinary creations. An apron and plastic storage containers are suggested for participants in this class.
