Another One Bites the Crust

Jackie Mart is a holistic nutritionist, motivational speaker, fitness instructor and own of Optimum Wellness LLC. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, six nieces and nephews she does creative and educational activities with, and prides herself in being the "Fun Aunt"! Her health/wellness experience includes: consulting independently, working with gyms, partnering with chiropractic/wellness clinics, natural food co-ops, schools, community education programs, and providing nutrition and health education in many group settings and businesses throughout Minnesota and Iowa.
