Ally Aletha
Instructor
Ally Aletha is a wellness educator, fitness professional, and yoga instructor with more than 20 years of experience teaching movement, strength, and mind-body practices.
Throughout her career she has led group fitness classes, coached individuals, and designed wellness programs across yoga studios, fitness clubs, community centers, and private coaching environments.
Her background includes yoga, strength training, sculpt classes, mobility training, recovery work, and athletic conditioning, working with people across a wide range of ages and abilities.
Ally holds a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification (RYT-200) and has trained extensively in strength training and holistic wellness disciplines.
She is also the author of A Noble Truth, an inspirational book exploring resilience, healing, and personal transformation.
