3D Printing: Design, Build, Race!
Start your engines and your imagination!
In this hands-on camp, students explore how engineers design and test vehicles using 3D printing. Campers will create two types of cars - a self-powered car (using stored mechanical energy) and a DC motor-powered car - while learning the basics of 3D modeling, motion, energy, and aerodynamics. Using the engineering design process, they'll test, refine, and improve their creations from concept sketch to final race, putting creativity and problem-solving in the driver's seat!
