Chair Yoga
Experience the benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive way. Sitting in and using a chair for support, we’ll explore gentle stretches, mobility and balance to help you feel better in your body. Wear loose-fitting clothes for ease of movement. Ideal for beginners, seniors, or those with limited mobility. This class meets in a room located far from the front entrance. Please be prepared for a longer walk.
