We use a variety of movement inspired by Pilates, ballet, and traditional sculpting exercises. Join live on Saturday mornings or use recordings at your convenience.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up again. Please have a set of hand weights, a yoga mat available and a chair for balance ready for class.

After hundreds of hours of training and more than a decade of leading classes, Julie is very happy to guide you and encourage you in your fitness journey. Julie’s guiding principle is to deliver the classes she’d want to take - carefully planned, set to fun music, with lots of variety of movement. She is passionate about making fitness not something that we have to do but something that we WANT to do. Together we can all look and feel our best.
